Ingredients:
- 15 elderflowers without the thick stalks
- 1l of boiling water
- 1 lemon
- 1 kg sugar
Method:
Pour the boiling water over the flowers. Add the lemon cut in discs. Leave to infuse overnight. Next day, filter the preparation and add the sugar. Boil gently for some ten minutes.
Keep the syrup in sterilized hot bottle.
